You acknowledge that CashFundHer operates as a distinct tenant with its own "Visa" (Profile) requirements. Actions taken here are isolated from AmericanCrowds and MyAfrica contexts.
2. Financial Regulations
All payments are processed via Stripe Connect. As a Creator, you agree to be the Merchant of Record and comply with all regulations.
3. Prohibited Conduct
We strictly prohibit projects related to hatred, violence, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to "Fail-Closed" any account violating the Dignity Mandate.
4. Limitation of Liability
Endless Crowds LLC provides this platform "as is". We facilitate connections but do not guarantee the completion of any project.
